No, not sugar, but I think you really should add some more carbs from the veggies, salad and fruit. If you are 146 poundsaand only 16 pounds from goal, a higher carb level would be a good idea. Look into the DANDR and see what things are 5-10 gms of carbs higher per day. You could add some berries or some higher carb vegetables - tomatoes.
Here's the Carbohydrate Ladder from the latest (red cover) DANDR - page 171- which tells you the order of foods to add back as you raise your carbs to find your CCLL:
1. more salad & other vegetables on the acceptable foods list.
2. fresh cheeses (as well as more aged cheese)
3. Seeds & nuts
4. berries
5 wine & other spirits low in carbs
6. legumes
7. fruits other than berries & melons
8. starchy vegetables
9. whole grains.
The idea is that this WOE changes from the drastic weight loss of Induction and gradually becomes a "lowish" carb way of eating where you still don't eat much in the way of starches, and only natural sugars. This is a plan for life, not a diet that one can go off.
One other thought, you state your age in your profile. If you are trying to get down to what you weighed in your 20's, you might want to rethink that goal number. An LCer tends to be higher in weight but smaller than a low fat/low cal dieter because LCing loses fat but not muscle. Go more by the fit of clothes than by the number on the scale.
Try using some No-Salt or Half-Salt on your food to add some potassium. That is also a need that shows up as dizziness or fatigue.
Do eat some veggie/salad carbs - your body is sending you a message that it NEEDS them.
