Question sorry, one more question

I've noticed a lot of people put URL's in their posts or in their signatures.

My question is, when I do it, it posts the actual URL. For example, see below, I inserted my fit journal and it is a long address, but I notice a lot of people just have see my journal or My Fitday Journal

How do I do this????? Just curious

I can't remember off the top of my head but there was a help link when I was trying to add a link to my signature. I wrote down how to do it on paper and got the link to work. You may want to try looking in the techical questions forum also.

The easiest way to to open a post box (like the one I'm posting in now) in addition to the profile window. If you look above there is a button that says "http://" If you click on it, you can paste the url and the text you want it to say and it will generate the code. Then you can cut and paste the whole thing into your profile. Does that make sense?

I plan to start my BFL challenge on Monday. I read your gym log. Very impressive/inspiring. I read in your log that DarkLotus suggested you take an extra 5g of glutamine for the soreness.

My question is, what is glutamine? what does it do. How much do you take, when do you take it and how often I'm always wanting to learn about new supplements.
