help getting rid of tummy!
I was reading in the atkins forum about how difficult it can be to lose in the tummy area.....and I am definately one of those people. It seems that thats the only place I have gained in the first place! I do have PCOS so I know it is going to be harder for me to lose in the tummy area. But I was just wondering what type of exercise I should do to help tighten that area, so that my skin isnt just flabby there. somebody suggested cardiovascular......I already do taebo tapes, walking, and 20 min on stairmaster. Guess I just need help on what I should be doing in the gym when I go there. thanks!
