Default Taking measurments

Hello Everyone!!!! What is the best way to make sure you take your measurments the same way each time. My measurements seem to jump around and have no trend to them. I wonder if it's the way I'm taking them...or that my body is losing and gaining in diff areas????? Any suggestions???

I find I have to stand in front of the mirror to do it. First I measure my breast at the fullest part, my waist right at the belly button, and my hips on the biggest part that humps out.

humps out...that's funny...it's sad that i know what you are talking about, isn't it? I have a couple of humps...I guess I'll have my own lottery in my bathroom to decide which hump to measure. Just joking!!
