Thumbs up buffet celebration

Its been one month today, I've lost 22 pounds. I'm hitting Ryan's Steakhouse for reward. It's going to be weird telling the waittress I don't want the complimentary yeast rolls. I'm curious to see what i can find to fill my plate. once again thanks for the support! mmmmm beefy

It was warm and sunny today, decided to stay home and fire up the BBQ grill. It was great smelling and tasty and I even seen a couple robin birds, come on spring.

So glad you enjoyed your celebration. It was awful nice of the robins to join in your party!
I have had great luck getting restraunts to replace my rolls and potatoes with cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes. Sometimes, if the veggies are nice green ones, I ask for extra servings of them in place of the taters & maaters. Most places want their customers to be happy, if a little veggie does the trick, they figure, why not?????
Glad you had a great day!
Keep us informed as to your progress!!!
Keep drinking the water!

That's a good idea on swapping taters and bread. I used to swap coleslaw for french fries at long john silvers, guess that's why i ended up 77 pounds over weight. I went and bought 5 more gallons of water, so i'm set for the week come on woosh fairy! pay me a visit. 44 pounds murpel, i wish i was that far along!! thanks for the support

Hang in there,
I didn't get here in one week, or one month. I've been at it for a year in March. I feel better, haven't had many colds or flu, and have had to spend more time shopping for clothes!
As a WOL, I expect that I'll be eating like this for the rest of mine. I don't expect to gain or loose too much once I've reached my goal. I may actually gain a few pounds once I get motivated enough to start exercising!!!!
So long as the inches get where I would like them to be, the pounds don't matter as much to me personally.
There are so many wonderful things out there that I can eat, I can't think of any reason to eat things that aren't good for me.
Keep up the good work Zoom!
Keep me informed as to your progress!!!
WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!!!
