Default Question about adjustment of caloric intake

My question is this. As my bodyfat % drops thus dropping my weight and raisng my LBM do I need to recalculate my CKD intake as well as my carb-up intake. I would assunme that I do need to change caloricf intake but I would like some external input.

Thx,
-T

I believe from my readings so far that your caloric intake does not matter much, you normally do 10x your body weight, and TrainerDan says he does twice that during the carb up I believe.

This link might help too:

It has a thing in there that will tell you how many carbs you should be taking in, but to me it is all a inexact science...I would just go with trial and error. If it works one week, stick with it, if it doesnt, lower your carb intake slightly maybe? Perhaps a more experienced dieter can intervene now

Yes, you can re-calculate as your body composition/weight changes, especially the caloric requirements during the keto phase as this is where the fat loss takes place and you musn't be eating too many calories or you wont lose.

CKD is based on LBM. definately adjust calories as you go.
