Unhappy is skim milk ok?

is skim milk with "0" carbs ok with the aktins diet especially during the induction period? ive got a craving sooo bad for either something sweet or thick & sweet, but i want it to be lo carb. i just started the diet 3 days ago and im ok with the food part, but what is there to drink beside water? HELP!!!!!!!

Sorry....skim milk isn't allowed on induction.

Heavy cream is though. (the kind you whip to make whipped cream)
