They have a booklet that give the carb count of some of the foods.

When we went to Ruby Tuesday's, I avoided the LC stuff. I ordered a burger, threw away the bun, got broccoli on the side. At the salad bar, I asked for a separate dish for the dressing and dipped my fork in the Ranch dressing instead of eating it on the greens. Usually, full calorie Italian and Ranch are lower in carbs.

If it's not to late and you have 6 carbs to spare AND if it fits YOUR food program I heartily endorse the low carb cheesecake dressing. OK...so it is not a dressing but it is certainly edible.

I like the spicey chicken wrap and it has some kind of dressing on it...the spring greens salad is served with oil and vinegar. I use Ruby Tuesdays as my "reward" meal about every other week.
