Default Measuring Celery? Okay Meal Plan?

One of the foods keeping me going in celery stuffed w/ cream cheese. I would like to only consume 1/2 c. celery daily, but I don't know how I should measure it. Approximately how many stalks of celery equate to 1/2 c.?

Also, does this seem okay for a day's eating?

Breakfast:
1 2 egg cheese omelette
3 Strips bacon

Lunch:
Chicken salad consisting of:
1 c. romaine lettuce and chicken
Topped with parmesan cheese and lemon juice

Dinner:
Pork chops
1/4 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. aparagus

Snacks:
1/2 c. celery, filled with cream cheese
1/2 c. romaine, either as salad or filled with tuna salad
1/4 c. miscellaneous veggies (cauliflower, cucumber)
1 mozzerella cheese stick
1 "S/F" popcicle (3 carbs)

According to fitday, a cup of celery has 4 carbs. 4 x 5 inch stalks have 2 carbs, so it looks like 4 x 5 inch stalks is about half a cup.
