MY GOALS FOR THE AUDACIOUS AUGUST BLITZ ARE:
1. Drink at least 1 glass of water before each meal and snack and on rising
2. Cut the carbage (25 per day max)
3. Limit diet soft drink and chemicals
4. Take one day at a time
5. Take my food if I have to and eat before I go
6. Be a loser!!!
