Default omg i ate a half a peppermint

i nonchalantly popped a peppermint in my mouth at work last night, bit into it and chewed, then all of a sudden i realized it was candy and spit it out!! I even wiped my tongue off...omg how many carbs was that? anyone know?

yup omg 14 g in 1 pepermint....so i guess i have to count 7 since i ate half of it...crap!!

hey Pammie, don't worry, the serving size on the nutritional info was 3 mints...and since you anly have a half of one...2.33 carbs! That's definitely not worth freaking out about!
