Default Silly question...

Do your clothes (especially pants) seem to feel larger through the day?? The last few days I've noticed that my pants are "comfortable" for the first half of the day - but by the end of the day/evening time, they are WAAAYY baggie.........does anyone else run into this or is it just wishful thinking on my part??? Oh - and I know it's not just the natural "stretch" of the pants as I wear them.......

I suppose its any water retention you may have during morning "settles" thru the day thus your pants get loser. Plus all the water we drink gets expelled faster during the day...

I think freshly washed clothes usually fit a little tighter. I notice some looseness even when I arrive at the office after sitting in the car for 1/2 hr.

I've read that a person's weight fluctuates up to five pounds daily. That's why it's recommended that you weight yourself at the same time weekly. I too notice that when I have on slacks, they seem to be perfect when I walk out the door in the morning but then a little too snug by the time I leave for the day. But look at it this way - in a couple of weeks you'll have plenty of room to expand and contract in those pants and you won't notice a thing!

Keep it up! I'm so glad I found this website!

I just re-read your post and noticed that your pants are LOOSE by the end of the day - not tight. Sorry!
