I've read that a person's weight fluctuates up to five pounds daily. That's why it's recommended that you weight yourself at the same time weekly. I too notice that when I have on slacks, they seem to be perfect when I walk out the door in the morning but then a little too snug by the time I leave for the day. But look at it this way - in a couple of weeks you'll have plenty of room to expand and contract in those pants and you won't notice a thing!
