Default is this an ok product on Atkins?

Is this ok : Shallots&DIll made by Italian Rose... spread, dip or glaze.

Here is the nutritional facts info: total fat 9g,saturated fat 1g,cholesterol 5mg,sodium 65mg,total carbs 1g ,fiber 0 sugars 0.

Ingredients: soybean oil,partially hrdogenated soybean oil, whole eggs,vinegar,egg yolks,shallots,horseradish, dill weed,sodium benzoate.
This was great on fish!! Help .. need to know if this stuff is ok.

carb-wise, it's fine, but watch out for those trans fats (labeled 'hydrogenated' or 'partially hydrogenated')

Also important is to observe what the "Serving Size" is on the label. (It should be at the top of the Nutrition Facts box.) If you go over the serving size they state, then you must count more carbs.

A serving is often 1 Tablespoon or 2 tablespoons. That means the tablespoon of your measuring spoon set. I used to make the mistake of using one of my flatware dessert spoons as a tablespoon - WAAAAAY over the carb count I thought I was using.
