Hi: to anyone that lives near Hamilton Ontario, I would love to have you as a buddy.

I just found this site and I love it, it would be great to here for anyone to get some advice as I am new to this site and Atkins. I am 54 and I have been trying to loose weight all my life, but I am determined this year is going to be the year. No more making excuses or putting things of because I am overweight. If I don't start now when will I ever. How many Christmas Parties I have turned down because of my weight, lets hope this year will be different. I go to Curves three times a week and I really like it.

I dream of going shopping and loving what I bought not just being glad that it fits. Plus skinny clothes are a lot cheaper. I am tired of old lady clothes I want to look sexy LOL.

Most of all I want to be healthy and energetic.
