Default HELP -- Feeling extrememly weak

Hi all --

Wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on this for me. I've been low carb for a while now and I remember feeling a little weak at first but then I was fine. This week I am really feeling weird -- EXTREMELY weak and tired. Kind of like this whole feeling that just washed over me. Like lead weights in my legs and shaky and just plain strange. The only thing that's different is that last weekend I had a little carb blow out day with a bunch of sugar but I've been back on the wagon since last Sunday. Felt like crap the day after that but that was to be expected as I hadn't had real sugar in a LOOOONG time. Anyway, I don't know what's wrong and I don't know what to do. I'm drinking water, I'm eating clean and it's been four or five days now that I feel so strange. Advice please????

Thanks!

Are you taking your vitamins??? I felt exactly like you did, but now I pop all sorts of good vitamin pills and I feel much better!!

I take potassium to avoid leg cramps, a multi-vitamin, calcium, magnesium, some other ums....and I feel great. Do a search on supplements or vitamins and see if that helps!

By the way, no worries about the carb blowout! For me, that helps kick my weightloss back into gear...I have one about once a month, maybe month and a half.

Peace out, A-Money!
