Default Leptin question

I was just reading Addie's post about how a stall was broken with a refeed. I don't think I could do a full blown refeed, but was wondering something. What if I ate a handfull of jellybeans once a week to prevent my leptin level from dropping? I know it sounds a little funny but I'm curious. I think I'll try it and see what happens.

Based on the Leptin theory I understand the answer is no. A handfull of jelly beans once a week will do nothing except maybe give you a taste for them and other sweets again. It would not really be a refeed, which is more like 2500 calories of low fat, high carb (low frustose).
