Mini Goals?
Hello-
Let's have a thread to post all our mini goals, and our progress on meeting those goals, okay?
My mini goals:
Get to 139 - by 8/1/03 ( I WILL do this, I CAN do this!)
Get to 135 - by 8/29/03 (my 5th Anniversary!)
How I plan to reach these goals--
Run/Walk program - follow it, right now I'm in week 1 day 3, so far so good!
Drink 64 oz. WATER - Every Day! Then when I meet that goal, I can have a diet soda (unless I start stalling- then I'll give that up too!)
Follow CAD to the LETTER! Only 1 SNACK, Coffee with cream in less than 15, a rule I daily break! Bad girl!
