Lightbulb Mini Goals?

Hello-

Let's have a thread to post all our mini goals, and our progress on meeting those goals, okay?

My mini goals:

Get to 139 - by 8/1/03 ( I WILL do this, I CAN do this!)
Get to 135 - by 8/29/03 (my 5th Anniversary!)

How I plan to reach these goals--

Run/Walk program - follow it, right now I'm in week 1 day 3, so far so good!

Drink 64 oz. WATER - Every Day! Then when I meet that goal, I can have a diet soda (unless I start stalling- then I'll give that up too!)

Follow CAD to the LETTER! Only 1 SNACK, Coffee with cream in less than 15, a rule I daily break! Bad girl!

Let's help eachother!

mine for now are

1 no stress over slip ups

2 try to balance RM

3 keep journal

4 maintain weight

I am doig ok on all of them except balanced RM I am sure it will come in time though.

Hi my next mini goal is 279-I don't set deadlines-but hope before school is started.
I will do this by:
eating more vegies at rm
eating fewer sausages
avoiding the evil diet soda!!!!

My first mini goal is to be in the 140's - no time limit.
Then 145 lbs = a healthy BMI
Then 140.
And a health waist hip ratio and health body fat percentage, don't know what order those will come in.

is to be 235 again so I can fit into all those clothes I had LAST time I was 235!!!

yes folks, I kept them, I knew the day was coming! nyuck nyuck nyuck!

15 pounds to go, more or less! I'm shooting for the beginning of October!

Well my weight is down a bit 148,
Not quite as low as I'd like, but
it is TOM so I'm hoping for a whoosh next week-
Oh well, we'll see-
I'm a bit depressed about it, but I can't let it get me down!

my mini goal is to just have balanced reward meals! but it's almost impossible with my family on the weekends. asian foods have so many carbs in them.

I want to update on my progress towards my goals:

1. to be in 140's - am at 151.8 today
2. to have a healthy BMI which is 145 for me - 6.8 lbs to go
3. to have a healthy waist hip ratio which is <0.8, mine is 0.88
4. to have a healthy (acceptable) body fat percentage which is 25-31%, I am currently at 37%.

How is everyone else doing?
