Anyone have problems sleeping. I know most people who post say they have never slept better since LC, but I tend to have very restless sleep. I take Calcium/Mag supp everynight before bed. I can get to sleep okay, but have trouble staying asleep and often dream all night.

Anyone else have this problem?

Ya, I know it is not cheating, because I have been very good about not cheating for awhile. I had one cheat in the last 54 days. I guess it could be stress, I just wish I could shut my mind off at night.

Thanks Lisa

I know what you mean about that. Try to disrupt your thoughts and practice some calming, breathing exercises or count sheep .... that sometimes helps me.

I've been having the same problem. I've been on induction for five days now and I've been having trouble sleeping. Like you I don't have a problem falling asleep but I wake up all night. I'm also taking calcium so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm not stressed and I was okay before starting induction.

I toss and turn... I love my bed, super comfortable, but I like sleeping with a pillow on either side of me.. and with my boyfriend on the other half of the bed its not possible.. so I have to consciously wake up, grab my pillow that I hold, and bring it with me as I turn over.. every night.. sucks..

as far as it being a part of this WOE, I dunno..there are times when I have great sleep, and times when I dont.. could be around the times I cheat.. I'll let you know in the next couple days.. I cheated today and yesterday.. gall bladder is really hurting right now from it too.. does not handle carbs well.. Im not going to have a good night tonight..

my first four days of induction I couldn't seem to get comfy in any position to sleep and when I did finally sleep I had nighmares and frequently woke up!! I'm not sure what was going on but it's finally passed!!! I chalk it up to such a dramatic change in my body. Now i have dreams that I accidentally eat something high carb very strange.....
