You could make one of those Pizza Quiche things! It's Friday! If you don't know what I'm talking about - there's a thread in this section with it in the title.

I wanted to make the DDPQ tonight, but don't have all the ingredients. It's cold and icy out there, so am staying put lol

Instead we are having shrimp w/cocktail sauce, steaks, salad, cauliflower and cheesecake cupcakes (this is making me hungry already and I just finished lunch!!)

We're having pizza using La Tortilla tortillas as crust, with a smidge of tomato sauce, Italian seasonings, some green pepper, onion, canadian bacon and mozzarella cheez. Bake at 350 for about ten minutes-Voila! Crisp crust individual pizzas! It's our Friday staple.

I've got my hands on a spaghetti squash for the first time, so I'm going to do something with that once I've worked out how much to use for a decent carb count (the tools on here say almost 7g/100g)

Maybe with some pesto sauce and some bacon...... depends how much of a mess I make of it!

We are having Sams Club Roasted Chicken. You can't beat it for $5. My carbs for the day so far are really low so I might have a piece of Sara Lee Low carb bread too.

During the week, I eat the same thing for dinner (the only thing I change is the dressing) every night, and I love it:
romaine lettuce, small or 1/2 tomato, green onions, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, 1/2 nitrate free smoked chicken breast from trader joes (I'm addicted to these).

I generally eat 80 - 100 grams of carbs per day on more of a maintenance kind of plan, but if you want more induction-style carbs and dairy doesn't bother you, you could sub cheese for the beans

Pulled pork. I found a recipe for crock pot pulled pork, and substituted a low carb barbeque sauce (i think it was by Lawry's). Also made a cole slaw with splenda in the dressing to go on the side. My husband will get to have a bun, and I'll eat mine without. Yum.

Talking Supper?

Grilled chicken drumettes, celery, blue cheese dressing and a few Michelob Ultras.

I'm through my two-week induction, down 10 lbs. and intend to have my first beers since I started LC.

Whooo-wooo!
