Alarm! It's 2:05 EST and no one has yet eaten!!!
Please post your menu for the day -- either the plan, or, later on, what you've actually eaten -- so that others may get ideas and inspiration as they go about their food gathering for the day
Breakfast: nothing!
Lunch: half a pound of egg salad (from a natural foods deli) on baby romaine lettuce (from a bag)
Dinner: (will be) 8 oz salmon covered with ranch dressing and baked, one cup baby bok choy, stir fried in butter
Snack, if needed: salami OR chocolate protein shake
