excess skin on the stomach
My question is that should I try to tone my stomach now or wait until I am closer to my goal and can exercise cure the problem of excess skin. Right now I bike, walk and swim along with nautilus and free weights for upper body. Also what machines or equipment is great for the stomach? Last time I lost alot of weight doing lowfat and it took me twice as long as its taking now, I had a very flabby belly even though I wore a size 8.
