Talking You're welcome

I'm glad we were able to give you support. But remember, the book is a must! I read it all the time, especially when I am feeling down & discouraged. I have thought about starting a journal, so that when i feel discouraged about this wol, I can read about how great I feel right now!

Hi Nahima,

I know you've been directed to "Which low carb plan is right for me?" (at the right side of the screen) before, but if you have another look there, you can choose a book or two that you might like to read.
