Default Cellulite

Has anyone noticed more cellulite since LCing? I now have more cellulite on my legs than ever - is this just because of the weight-loss and hopefully it will disappear. I drink 3-4 Litres of water a day.

I've actually been getting stretch marks! mostly the top part of my thighs and along the bottom of my stomach.. I've GOT to start toning up more!!. Yoga and stuff like that, and working out in general I guess should get rid of cellulite/stretch marks.

My Cellulite has gone better while on LC, but when I stopped, it got worse than before .

I am now back on LC and I see how it goes. Definitley drink lots of water, that seems to be common on all the Cellulite reducing programms (even the Low fat ones). Have you tried to massage your legs before you go in to the shower ? Apparently that's supposed to help. I also use an Ice Cold Shower every morning (at the end, and only for a short while), which is supposed to increase metabolism (well, it wakes you up anyway), but I have read, that it may make cellulite worse as the body tries to protect itself from the cold by packing another layer of fat under the skin.

Good luck
Sabine

Thumbs up Vitamin E

Try applying vitamin E daily on the stretch marks. They say it works good on skin scars and marks.

I recommend buying Vitamin E loaded soap from natural health stores.

I notice "lumpier" fat too, but this happened before when I did Atkins and it goes away as you lose fat. My fat gets, well, "mushy." Remember, our fat compostion changes as water is stored in the fat cells, causing the much-loved "whoosh" from time to time. This is going to change the look and feel of your fat as well. I like to think of it as "melting away!"

Don't worry, the ripples will disappear in time...

Unfortunately, nothing gets rid of stretch marks, they are there for life. The look of them can be diminished, but they are a seperation of the collegen under your skin, and can not "go back together."

Think of them as battle scars!
