I was wondering does anyone use redi whip on there sf jello? I know it says you can use lite redi whip but I can't seem to find it. Is light cool whip okay?
I was also wondering about hamburgers-Okay so I know that I can have them. In the book it says ground sirolion. Is it okay to have the lowest fat hamburger? even if it's not sirolin? I think that is it-of course I will remeber more later that I want to ask. Thanks

I've eaten lean ground beef a 1 or 2 times a week since starting...I buy at least 92% lean and 96% when I can find it. Sams Club has pre formed 1/3lb ground sirloin burgers that are great and fairly inexpensive.
