I've been LCing about 6 or 7 weeks now and have recently been having a "pins & needles" kind of numbness feeling in my outside upper leg. between knee and hip for about a week or so lately. Sometimes the feeling is very painful but much of the time it is just a very irritating feeling. I take a multivitamin along with a 99mg potassium tab. 1 tab. of each per day.
I have heard that I may need to increase my Calcium/Magnesium intake. Has anyone else had this feeling and does the Cal/Mag. increse help to abate this feeling.
Will someone respond and let me know of how they overcame this feeling.
