I do exercise quite a lot -- an hour of weights or cardio six days a week -- and I physically feel better for it, but I won't pretend it doesn't take a huge chunk of time out of my day. By the time I change into gym clothes, make and drink a protein shake, drive to the gym, work out, and drive home, it's two hours a day, six days of week. That's more time than I spend on any other single activity besides working and sleeping. I make the time, but I can understand why someone else who lives on a schedule like mine might choose other priorities.
