Default Darn it anyway, but its my fault!

I had a carb binge (two nights ago in the form of alcoholic beverages) BAD BOY! I was still 308 the next day now I'm back to 310 and I am very discouraged. Any words of wisdom besides what I'm already going to do (stay AWAY from alcohol)

Water, water, and more water, and get back on the horse. Those couple of pounds will be gone before you know it

Depending how much you consumed and the kind of drinks you had, you might still be in ketosis. Alcohol de-hydrates as well, and when that happens your body's first reaction is to start retaining water... That 2 lbs weight might actually be water.

I regularly drink wine, and althought it tends to slow my weight loss (it postpones it), it doesn't kick me out of ketosis. I also often witness a small weight gain, which disapears in 3-4 days.

According to my ketostix I've only left ketosis while the alcohol was being burned. I'm in a large level ketosis today according to my strips
I think all is well. Although I bought some Morning start bars and they have sugar alcohols I don't trust those things
