Question Pumpkin Seeds on Induction

Hi everyone!
I just started induction today and I had a question about pumpkin seeds. I found some shelled organic seeds at Trader Joe's that say they have 0 carbs. Is this permissable during induction? Thanks!!

It's not quite zero - guess depends on serving size:

but either way, I don't recall any kind of seeds or nuts on the induction food list.

They certainly sound like a good food to add in later.

Strictly by the book speaking. Nope no seeds or nuts allowed during induction. You can snack on them afterwards though

The pumpkin seeds I have contains 3 g of carb but 2 g of it from fiber equaling one gram of counted carbs per 1/4 cup serving.

Default Pumpkin seeds

I do lots of snacking on pumpkin seeds - both with and without the shell/hull - but I didn't eat them until after induction. They are a great snack for satisfying that salty stuff craving!
