For the past two days i have noticed that my hands, legs, and arms will suddelnly start tingling-- when I cross my legs, when I cross my arms -- when I type on the computer... I've been eating my veggies, including alot of broccoli and avocado. I've also been going to the gym 5 times a week and doing some weights, so maybe my potassium is going to my sore muscles first?

I dunno, but this tingling is very disturbing, and freaking me out a little!

Hard to say--you could be some place where it's getting warmer. I just started to sweat again; need more potassium as a result. You're also getting thinner; could be more pressure on blood vessels. Are you stretching enough? Exercising? Getting enough potassium?
