Default TaeBo kicked my #~!*#

Hi all! I exersize about 5-6 days a week (running, bike, stairs, pilates and moderate weight lifting) . . . I checked TaeBo Advanced out from the library the other day and it kicked my bootie!!! Seriously, I have NEVER been this sore in my life!!! I could barely move for about 3 days.

Guess I wasn't in as good of shape as I thought.

Thumbs up

I adore TaeBo Advance, I think that our body gets used to some kind of workout and you become so familiar with using that group of muscles, then you try something new and WOW.. you are like a total beginner.
I once heard that we need to keep the body guessing in order for us to get results and conditioning..

It seems that is what you are doing, keep it up, this taeboo is so much fun and then you start buying all the little outfits and stuff for your hands, is great.. At this moment I can't do kicks but I remember it was great.

LOL. Yep. The body is an amazing machine. It will adapt and become efficient if you give it the same stimulus over and over.

Need to switch it up all the time ... Make it tougher on yourself, cross-train, slowly increase intensity ... whatever you need to do.
