TaeBo kicked my #~!*#
Hi all! I exersize about 5-6 days a week (running, bike, stairs, pilates and moderate weight lifting) . . . I checked TaeBo Advanced out from the library the other day and it kicked my bootie!!! Seriously, I have NEVER been this sore in my life!!! I could barely move for about 3 days.
Guess I wasn't in as good of shape as I thought. |

LOL. Yep. The body is an amazing machine. It will adapt and become efficient if you give it the same stimulus over and over.
Need to switch it up all the time ... Make it tougher on yourself, cross-train, slowly increase intensity ... whatever you need to do. |
