I skipped the video today. DH is gonna buy me another one cause I'm bored of the one I have already.

Tomorrow is another stepper day and Monday, new video.

Here's today's update. Back home - fl for the weekend, then off to Chi town again (7 more weeks to go!)
04/14 - upper body/aerobic - 45 min
04/15 - 2 mile fast walk
04/16 - aerobic treadmill - borrrrring - 30 mins
04/17 - 30 minute trainer workout - legs adn abs (ahhhh! worked me hard)

Hi everyone, missed working out today, I guess I need to designate it as an unplanned rest. I was gone with my mom from about 9:00 am. Got home around 7:30 and went to Walmart to pick up some groceries. By the way Pammie, I picked up the protein powder (yay me). Have a great tomorrow all!

4/17/04 - I have been gone all day!!
4/16/04 - Stairmaster 15 min, FIRM Aerobics w/weights
4/15/04 - Treadmill, 60 min 3.07 miles; Weights
4/14/04 - Stairmaster 15 min, FIRM Total Body

I am so proud of myself! Last night, I had cravings so instead of sitting in front of the TV, having desert, I thought about you all, and went outside for a brisk walk. No more cravings when I got home! Next time I will try to remember to walk slowly because today, my knees are bothering me again…

Xena2005, I just love that “pre-competition picture” in your signature. It really is an inspiration to achieve goal!

4/14/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. & RS Tonin' Uptown (upper body), 30 min.
4/15/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. & RS Abs workout, 28 min.
4/16/04 - 30 minutes step aerobics tape (need to work up to full hour)

4/17/04 - Rest day
4/18/04 - Rest day (sick day)

On Saturday I ran errands and just chilled, and today I have been sick to my stomach and had a headache all day. Having pain "down there" too, maybe it's TOM coming back, I dunno. LOL! But tomorrow is a new day and no rest for the weary........

Hi everyone, you guys are doing soooo good on your exercise. Keep it up! We are going to look great for summer!
Tomorrow off to the hotel again for another week. treadmill, etc. going to try the rowing machine, something different.

oh yeah baby i did it!! heheheh whohooooo feels so GREAT!! what a buzz!! hahahahaaaa......seriously!! nothing feels better than doing the right thing!! today i was so motivated by the scale showing 220 FINALLY i really pushed myself and hit failure on almost every exercise!! ( this means that you cannot do one more rep in proper form) i am so proud of myself!! i will post all the details in my gym log in a sec. i just want to take a moment to express how proud OF YOU ALL i am. you are all trying so hard to do the right thing for your bodies and ITS WORKING!!! just keep it up ok?? keep holding my hand and one day we will look up and notice that we are freakin hotties!!!! hehehehehee whohooooooooooooo!

ok...ok...im off to ye ole gym log and then to my journal to see whatz goin on.....then to visit you all as soon as i can!! keep up the GREAT work ladies!!
