hi guys, its me again,
procrastinating as usual.
im wondering what you think about structuring this so we can keep track of everyone who is participating in the challenge. i dont have time to do it right now but wanted to throw it out there:
1. a list of everyone who is participating, their start weight, and end goal.
2. every monday (or whatever day is best for everyone)
we all check in and make a final list of +/- lbs for each participant
i am also having this nagging sensation that my original goal of 20lbs is a little rash, thats a lot of weight, and being that would be my last 20lbs, i have a feeling the going will be rough. i would be happy to be 135 by jan 1.
so, like many of you, i will aim for 20 but will be happy with 15...
so should we all post weigh in stats tomorrow?
