Hi i would like to join the challange. currently 160lbs would love to be 140 by New Year.
have been on CAD 2 weeks. Lost 7 lbs. Plan on staying on induction phase and adding on exercise progam.
Having a bit of difficulty with feeling hungry late afternoon and late evening. Any suggestions for handling this would be appreciate

hi guys, its me again,
procrastinating as usual.

im wondering what you think about structuring this so we can keep track of everyone who is participating in the challenge. i dont have time to do it right now but wanted to throw it out there:

1. a list of everyone who is participating, their start weight, and end goal.

2. every monday (or whatever day is best for everyone)
we all check in and make a final list of +/- lbs for each participant

i am also having this nagging sensation that my original goal of 20lbs is a little rash, thats a lot of weight, and being that would be my last 20lbs, i have a feeling the going will be rough. i would be happy to be 135 by jan 1.
so, like many of you, i will aim for 20 but will be happy with 15...

so should we all post weigh in stats tomorrow?

mossygyrl, that sounds like a good idea. I was in another challenge and the person who started the thread kept track of all the participants and on the wiegh-in day, she would post the list for everyone to updated.

for example for me it looked like this

TamiOrr 211.2/206/203/201.5

Each number presented a weigh-in for each week.

Hi, i think i am in a stall again. I have been at 121 for a few weeks now. I'm probably just not drinking enough water. I guess I'm okay with it, at least I'm not gaining any more weight.

I would like to be part of the group. I am 5'8 and currently weigh 171. I would like to weigh 155 or 150. I have been very sloppy w/ my low carb diet. Mostly because I am not in the states and struggle to get a nice variety of protein foods. Okay--excuses, excuses! I am actually serious and know that low carbing works--I am ready to go for it! I can get up early 4 times a week and exercise--30-45 minutes per day. Thanks for including me!

My "official" weigh-in days have always been Mondays so I'm going to stick with it for this... I was 196.6 this morning which was great as my goal was 197.4. Onward to next Monday!!!

Hi--unsweetend! I will join you on Mondays. I do not own a scale--(I have come a long way since my eating disorder days) but I will use the scale in my school's nurses office. Onward until next Monday! It was great to see all everybody's motivators. How do I get a number of no cheating days up?

I just started low-carbing. This is my 3rd day. If I can lose 20 lbs, I will only be 5 pounds from my goal weight. Count me in. My Tae Bo tapes are on the way!

just copy and paste the prev. list in your reply and add you name and stats to that...and everyone should be on the list eventually. Whoever weighs and wants to enter their stats ....retrieves the list first.

Okay... in after a huge weekend of drinking... alittle too much i might add... if you want the scoop check out my journal...

But i started Wednesday at 140.5
Today down to 134.5....... I wasn't able to eat all weekend.. or drink water for that matter... but i am back on track.. hoping that some of that weight will stay gone... weighed that on Sunday... and this morning... so keep your fingers crossed...

I need to exercise tonight when i get home... and have been drowning in water...

Will change my stat's if the weight stays gone til tomorrow...

I drink Captain morgan and diet... with lime juice..
and shots of Bacardi O (chilled)...

Did a real number on me over the weekend... not sure if i will be drinking for about 1 month it was that bad..

what kind of excercise are you all doing or aiming to do?
and what happened to everyone?

im hoping to do pilates 2-3 times a week, and capoeira once a week (brazillian martial art). maybe run 1 or 2 times a week if i can get the motivation to do so.

hope your losses look better than Bubu's and mine!

Question weight loss challange

Hi everyone. I am in to post initial weight and every Monday.
I am not sure how to copy and paste--new to computer--but will find out.
Height 5'1"
Weight 161 lbs
Goal 140 lbs
I am doing water aquabics for exercise. I really like it. Also if weather is decent I like to go for a walk.
