Great post!!! Just as an aside, the decimal place is moved because on the scale a 97 is really 97% of white bread reaction. White bread is 100% or 100.

Default low glycemic info

Hi all. I'm new here and new tothe low carb approach. Thought I would mention a book called The Glycemic Index Diet by Rick Gallop published by Random House Canada. A useful synopsis of the low glycemic approach - not so much limiting carbs as identifying the ones to use and the ones to avoid. Hoping this might be useful

Hi,
You may also want to take a look at Eat Yourself Slim published in Canada, they have web site http://www.montignac-intl.com as well. This "diet" pretty popular in Europe and Canada, Quebec, especially. From my perspective low GI approach in genearl is a perfect one. I am following it a few months, lost unwanted pounds and, frankly, wouldn't want to "come back" to my eating habits (which were not that bad, rather incorrect over all).

I wish you good luck and Happy New Year.
