I love those SF freezies you can find as summer approaches. The ones I got have a net of 0.1 g ECC, so I have several a day! They do have sugar alcohols, so YMMV.

Other goodies --- celery dipped in cream cheese flavored with herbs, nitrite-free lunch meat with mayo, bacon rolls with cream cheese, and cheese slices.

Could you PLEASE tell me what nitrite-free lunch meat you eat....like the brand name. Every package of lunch meat I pick up seemes to contain nitrite. I got a headache reading them!

A good nitrite-free brand is Boars Head (in the deli). A little pricey but Havarti Dill Cheese and Overgold turkey breast roll ups make killer snacks!

Pork rinds dipped in sour cream & dry ranch mix or nuke some cream cheese and pour a lil' atkins syrup in it and stir...
