Hey Heather,

I don't think there is any limit. I suppose eating them exclusively just isn't good nutrition, so I would go for some variety in your protein. Of all the people I know around here, I would have to say Red1Cutie is the EGG QUEEN. It is not unusual for her to kick back 5 a day easy and she's losing weight fine. (She would say too slowly, but, we all say that!) I get deviled egg cravings and can eat 4 (whole) at one time. During induction I regularly ate 4 eggs for breakfast.

Sooooo, if you like eggs, eat up and enjoy!

Jones

Edit: I just noticed you're from Canada, so is Red. Have you guys got something in your eggs that we don't know about down here?

Eggs are theoretically unlimited, though they do have around .6 a carb in each.

They are just so versatile too!

I have some heavy egg days with 4-6 or so (usually when I make them devilled...YUM!), and sometimes I can't even look at one and will go most of a week without having any.

Oh man I wish I even slightly liked eggs. The only kind I can manage to gag down are scrambled and even then they have to have cheese all over them and maybe some meat with them. I definitely need to get some shake mix so I have something quick to eat in the morning.
