Default A mess up????

Did I just mess up?? I just ate the meatballs and cheese out of a meat ball sub along with a side salad. There was not much else to choose from unless I wanted to eat the tops from pizza.
I feel really tired now-like I do when I eat a big carb meal. What do you think, did I mess up??? I just got under 140 and don't want to go back up.

Hard to say - check your weight in the next few days to know for sure. You probably made the best choice possible in that situation, so don't beat yourself up too much. I'd guess that the most carby thing in what you ate was the tomato sauce on the meatballs and the salad dressing (depending on the flavour.) But seriously, don't worry! You'll be fine!

Actually meatballs are normally made breadcrumbs. So there are higher in carbs than you think. But it shouldn't do to much damange. But that is why you feel tired. If you have to do it again, chose a meat based sub, and then take the meat out and throw it onto of your salad.

Good one Mary! Totally forgot about breadcrumbs, duh! (I make mine with crushed pork rinds, so it must have slipped my mind )
