Default crystal light

I have been eating a desert made of 8 oz crean cheese and a small carton of heavy whipping cream and some crystal lite. ITs really good but I haven't been losing weight. I can usually down the whole bowl in two days. Which in calories is 1600. Am I just enjoying myself two much?

I did a quick check on the carbs...I'm getting roughly 20 for the whole thing...so 10 each day? That is a rough estimate...atkins induction you can have 20 carbs per day...minus the fiber. HTh

I make the same dessert but with Splenda and almond extract. I can also down the whole thing. My losing slows the more I eat, so I take two spoonfulls, put it in a small dessert bowl and put the rest back in the frig. My downfall is when I eat it straight from the mixing bowl. I never realize how much I've eaten until it's all gone.
