Angry Taking supplements and still too tired to work out! Help!

Hi all,

I've been doing induction almost 2 weeks. I take a multivitamin plus 450mg potassium, 500mg calcium, 250 mg magnesium and my essential oils throughout the day but I still feel weak when walking up stairs and working out. I drink a ton of water...at least a gallon a day. What else can I do to fix this? Thanx!

How long have you been taking the supplements? It took me about 3-4 weeks to notice an increase in energy. You could try ginseng or green tea to help increase energy, too.

Default Are you eating enough?

I can't help but wonder if you're eating enough protein and green veggies? Sometimes people don't eat enough and that causes the weakness. I know I do that. I'm not hungry, so I don't eat and then I get headaches and feel weak. I'm trying to have an afternoon snack this week and I hope that will help.

I suffered tremendously at the beginning of LC'ing with low energy and poor endurance during work outs. However, now after 3 months I have more energy than ever. So perhaps it is just a function of time and your energy levels will rebound after your body has adapted to this WOE.
