which is lower carb, peanut butter or almond butter?

I put almond butter into Fitday and got 3.4 carbs, .592 fiber, ECC = 2.808
For peanut butter I use Trader Joe's Organic and got 3 carbs, 1.5 fiber, ECC = 1.5

I think it all depends on the brands that you're able to get.

I haven't tried the Trader Joes brand..I will have to . Do you like it? I just discovered that store and love it!

I like it a lot. I get a lot of things from there. They have a really good yogurt and I like their frozen french cut beans.
