Cool LC Trucking it for the long haul

Just a quick "Hi" from this newbie to the forum. I saw this forum and had to join in. My highest weight was 320lbs. I found Atkins in 1999 and lost 40 lbs. And then ::GASP:: a bag of M&M's called my name.... I've called it several names too. LOL Anyway, I'm back on the road and determined to get where I need to be. Slim & Fitsville, USA. I've had to modify almost everything involved in this way of eating because of being a long haul driver. Each day I learn to do things in new ways to accomodate my way of eating. It's been fun but also frustrating on occasion. I'm hoping to get a better perspective on getting rid of my "triple digits". And then the only thing I want is a "triple digit" truck. Even though I can't drive it that fast, it's still fun to say I own one. As I'm on the road for weeks at a time, I won't be posting much and answering email is really slow. So be patient with me.

Welcome SaphhireX!

The DH and I are planning a driving holiday this summer. I'd love to hear your tips for staying true to this WOE while on the road.
