I've been lc'ing for about 16 months. In addition to what already has been said, I know I feel better than I ever had - I look back to 16 months ago, and I can hardly beleive I am the same person.
Once I was doing a "poor me" routine becaause I had only lost 20 pounds (I had over 100). When we were at the store, my husband took me down the flour/sugar aisle, and handed me a 5lb bag of sugar, then another, then another. I started laughing because do you realize exactly how heavy "just" a 5lb bag of sugar is? It really put things into perspective. Any loss is a good loss - no matter how long it takes. Sure we all want instant weight loss, but it isn't just going to happen.
I recently just got out of a 3-4 (I stopped counting) month stall. I got through it by knowing, deep down, that this is a good way to be healthy, and the weight loss would come when my body was good and ready, it did. I just happen to cut out the LC bars at the same time.
Hang in there, if I can do it - anyone can do it!
