Spent a week in beautiful Hilton Head, SC and managed to maintain, despite an over-indulgence in alcohol. Went with my husband's parents and siblings and their spouses and kids, all in one house. As an only child and being childless, the chaos was too much. I finally had to turn to substance misuse to live through the ordeal! The alternative was homicide, so I made the best choice If there is a next time, which I sincerely doubt there will be, I 'll have an Rx for valium

Good for you! I have a bachelorette party in Vegas coming up in June, and I'm worried about gaining then. Vegas is the city of indulgence. But, I'm more likely to overindulge in alcohol than food! I mean, you can't very well be in Vegas and not have a few too many, can you? I can't.

Great work though! No increase is great!

Don't worry about alcohol too much when it comes to weight gain. It has known to stall people, but I don't hear too many complaints about people actually gaining.

Just don't expect to party it up 1-2 times a week and expect to lose much.

Hot dang and Hallelujah! That is a GREAT accomplishment. I went away for a week in March, and had a similar struggle, but didn't gain any either-I'm proud of both of us!!!
