Question Pumpkin Seeds

I have been on induction for 3 weeks today and lost 12 lbs and alot of inches.My question is for a snack can i have pumpkin seeds.This new way of eating is for sure the best decision that i have made in controlling what i eat.Thanks

Hi and welcome! Pumpkin seeds are great! A little too salty for me, tho. I soak and rinse, then bake in a very low oven for a short time to dry them out. I eat the whole thing, to get as much fiber as possible.

You can get unsalted pumpkin seeds at Trader Joe's or probably any health food store much cheaper than buying them in snack packages. Then you can toast them (10 minutes ~ 350 degrees) and make up your own seasoning or grind them and add to cereal or any baked goods.
