Default Shat is in Atkins Bake Mix?

Yes. WHAT is in Atkins Bake Mix? Glad I have your attention.

It is not available where I live, but I'm wondering if I can make it myself (or a reasonable facsimile) with soy flour, oat flour or something. Does anyone have this at home and is willing to list the ingredients here? Thanks
Nora
