Default Keto Oatmeal

Just wanted to pass along a yummy find. I bought Keto banana flavored instant oatmeal. YUMMY!!! It has no sugar and only 3 effective carbs!! 12 grams minus 9 grams of fiber. Also I tried the Keto cajun bread crumbs and made fried chicken last night. OMG, it was sooo good. Just FYI

bye

I assume you are still on Induction. Please let me know if it stalls you. I am scared to use any of these products yet. I do use the Atkins bread 1-2 times a week.

Really missing my oatmeal.

Keto oatmeal? What's it made of? And do these things cause carb cravings?

I have the Apple Cinnamon, Strawberries & Cream and the Banana Walnut Keto Hot Cereal. I'd have to say that the Banana Walnut and the Strawberries & Cream are my favs so far.

I purchased 2 of mine through Netrition. You'll see the banner at the top of the page every now and then advertising the Keto Hot Cereals. I purchased another container of it at one of my local health food stores.

I've been eating these for the past 3 weeks or so and haven't noticed any stalling or gains (except TOM induced)- hopefully that will continue to be the story. They also haven't caused any carbage cravings- a true bonus!

BTW- I don't know if these are induction legal...

Nikki

I figured that they weren't induction legal. Thankfully I'm somewhere between induction and OWL.

Ya know, I think Netrition has the product info/ingredients listed on their website. Just go look for the product and *bam-o* it should be there.

I've had the Keto oatmeal regular flavor twice on Induction with no stall. Didn't want to do regularly though since I am trying to stick with unprocessed foods as much as possible.

Default no stall

Hi there,

I bought the keto stuff online. Just type in keto low carb in a search engine and it will come up. I am pretty much off of induction. I have not weighed myself but my pants are getting soo loose. I have eaten low carb bread, low carb oatmeal and have had inches still melting off. So I am happy. Becaseu of an eating disorder, I can't weigh myself but I have been on induction for almost 4 weeks now and I have been gravitatin off of it, still eating 20-25 grms of carbs and feel great. I can see a difference and people around me have commented.

This is just my opinion but for me, as long as I stay around 25-30 grms of carbs and eat alot of veggies for carbs, I really don't deny myself low carb breads, oatmeal and low carb tortillas. And I have seen results.

I love Keto Oatmeal. I usually eat it about 3 days a week and have lost 36 lbs. in just under 4 months. Don't get me wrong...I get tired of eating oatmeal (even though it tastes good). I have found that this product is a wonderful source of fiber, and just about the only fiber that works for me...if you know what I mean. I say, if you are interested, go for it. It hasn't hindered my weight loss in the slightest. Remember...ymmv.
