Keto Stix

My husband and I are both on the Atkin's Diet and his Keto Stix are dark dark purple and mine are just moderate. Does that mean anything?

Without knowing anything at all about you, or what you and your husband consume, I would venture a great big guess and say that your that your husband is not drinking enough water...

Water????

He probably drinks eight cold glasses a day. ( I drink much more)Does that actually effect the color of the keto stix? I just read a section from Doreen regarding Keto and she explained it well. As long as I have color, I am burning fat. We have been on the Atkin's for 5 weeks. Here are my stats.

115/107/5'4

I'm just about where I want to be. Goal is 105.

Yep! The ketone concentration in your urine is diluted by water.
